All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the State of Kentucky.

iOrganizeKhaos Consulting, LLC provides consulting and coaching services. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in any service agreement or program enrollment documents provided at the time of purchase.
By booking a session or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that results may vary and that coaching and consulting services do not guarantee specific outcomes. The Company is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or mental health provider. Student loan coaching is educational and informational in nature and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

Payment & Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additional payment methods may be available and will be displayed at checkout.
To ensure accurate and timely processing, please provide your exact billing address and telephone number as they appear on file with your credit card issuer. Incorrect billing information may cause a delay in processing your order or payment.
Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order or at the time services are confirmed. Charges are not refundable once processed, except as outlined in the Returns and Refunds section below.
Retuns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final on coaching services, consulting services, and digital product purchases.
Damaged Physical Products
In the event that a physical product arrives damaged in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement. The following conditions apply:
You must notify us within 48 hours of the date of receipt.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you.
The original order slip must be included in the return package.
Returns received without the order slip or outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Charges are not refundable once processed except as described above.
