High-performing individuals can often look like they have it all together. They’ve secured the degree(s), launched their careers, and accomplished many of their goals. They’ve done everything to achieve success, but somewhere beneath the success, they’re operating in panic mode: Overwhelmed and Overfunctioning.
Many are taught to achieve, but were never taught how to walk in purpose.
iOrganizeKhaos Consulting exists to change that.
We help high-performing adults move from panic to permission, teaching them to disrupt default patterns that lead to overfunctioning so they can make decisions aligned with purpose and reclaim the capacity to execute them without exhaustion.
We’re building a world where high-performing individuals have the freedom to discover their lane, embrace it, and stop settling for “OK” in someone else’s. A world where it is possible to move from panic to permission sooner–building capacity on purpose, executing without exhaustion, and contributing as their best selves in their lane.
Tia (she/her) is the visionary behind iOrganizeKhaos Consulting. With over 13 years of experience as an educator, systems designer, and coach, she brings calm authority and strategic clarity to every space she enters.
Her background in Counseling Psychology and Instructional Systems Design, coupled with her lived experience as a high-performing person, professional, and parent, uniquely positions her to help high-performing adults recognize and disrupt the patterns that quietly drain their capacity.

Tia built iOrganizeKhaos Consulting on a personal revelation: true success and genuine fulfillment require the capacity to show up fully present for what actually matters. But too many high performers never give themselves permission to discover what that is — instead, they follow someone else's roadmap, accumulate competing priorities, and wake up depleted, overfunctioning, and disconnected from their own purpose.
She was that person, but a bold decision to disrupt it all became the catalyst for her own transformation. She is actively building the capacity to live out her purpose, authentically.
Her mission is to help other high-performers do the same — addressing capacity issues across every area of life, from navigating the complexities of student loan debt to dismantling the default patterns that keep them overfunctioning and operating in panic mode.
