High-performing individuals can often look like they have it all together. They’ve secured the degree(s), launched their careers, and accomplished many of their goals. They’ve done everything to achieve success, but beneath the success, they’re operating in seen and unseen chaos. Overwhelmed. Overfunctioning. Quietly draining their capacity.
Many are taught to achieve, but were never taught how to walk in purpose.
iOrganizeKhaos Consulting exists to change that.
We help high-performing adults own every yes and no, unapologetically, so they can show up fully present, contribute from a place of alignment, and execute with excellence. The goal is to make decisions from a place of alignment, not obligation.
We’re building a world where high-performing individuals have the freedom to discover their lane, embrace it, and stop settling for “OK” in someone else’s. A world where the move from chaos to capacity isn't the exception...it's the standard.
Tia (she/her) is the visionary behind iOrganizeKhaos Consulting. With over 13 years of experience as an educator, systems designer, and coach, she brings calm authority and strategic clarity to every space she enters.
Her background in Counseling Psychology and Instructional Systems Design, coupled with her lived experience as a high-performing person, professional, and parent, uniquely positions her to recognize what high-performing adults rarely say out loud: Achievement doesn't mean you're in alignment.

Tia continues to build iOrganizeKhaos Consulting on a personal revelation: True success and genuine fulfillment stem from showing up in and contributing to spaces authentically and unapologetically— not from obligatory decisions and commitments that lead to following someone else's roadmap, accumulating competing priorities, and sacrificing our purpose for the status quo.
Tia is actively building her own capacity— using the Chaos to Capacity (C2C) Strategy to disrupt and dismantle patterns that have kept her overfunctioning. Her mission is to help other high-performers do the same — owning every yes and no, unapologetically, so they can show up fully present, contribute from a place of alignment, and execute with excellence.
